You may return any product for any reason within 28 days from when you ordered them for a refund or exchange.<\/p>

Please note \u2013 Products should be unused and include all packaging and accessories. Failure to do this will reduce the value of refunds provided.<\/p>

In the first instance please visit the contact us<\/a> section of our website. You will need to provide your order number and the name, address, and email address used to make the order.<\/p>

A member of the team will then be able to advise how to return the item and will arrange for a full refund when the item is received at our warehouse.<\/p>

To receive a full refund for a returned product, you must return it in \u2018as new\u2019 condition, together with all original packaging and accessories.<\/p>

The 28-day period is intended to allow for delivery and provide you with the opportunity to evaluate and review a product as you would in a physical store. Any signs of handling beyond this may result in a reduction of the total amount refunded.<\/p>

We may also reduce the refund amount to reflect the value of any accessories not returned.<\/p>

We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, usually within five to ten working days of receiving your return, and refunds are made to the same payment method you used for purchase.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You will be responsible for the cost of delivery to return the products where you cancel your contract of sale and request a return within 28 days of order. You must send back the products no later than 14 days after you contact us to cancel your contract of sale.<\/p>
