Returns Policy
What is the returns period?
You may return any productfor any reason within 21 days from when you receive them for a refund or exchange.
Please note – Products should be unused and include all packaging and accessories. Failure to do this will reduce the value of refunds provided.
Please include your contact details including your name, address, email, phone number and reason for the return, with your return so we can properly deal with your request.
You must send back the products no later than 14 days after you contact us to cancel your contract. This right of return is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
How can I return a product?
To return an item please include the merchandise with your name, address, and date of purchase. Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.

Please note: For your protection Chickenguard recommends that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
Will I receive a full refund?
To receive a full refund for a returned product, you must return it in ‘as new’ condition, together with all original packaging and accessories.
The 21-day period is intended to provide you with the opportunity to evaluate and review aproduct as you would in a physical store. Any signs of handling beyond this may result in a reduction of the total amount refunded.
We may also reduce the refund amount to reflect the value of any accessories not returned.
We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, usually within five to ten working days of receiving your return, and refunds are made to the same payment method you used for purchase.
What happens if I have received a defective item?
If you are having trouble with your new ChickenGuard product of believe it is defective, please contact our Customer Support team immediately to report it. You can review our Warranty policy here.
Overseas customers are asked to call the Customer Services team directly before returning any items. Exceptions to this policy:
- All return and re-shipping charges are the customer’s liability.
- We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
- We will not issue a refund due to damage, however caused, to a product
- We will not issue a refund if a customer has tampered with or misused the unit
- All items should be unused.

Do you cover the postage for returned items?
There will be no charge for the postage of returning products where you cancel your contract of sale and request a return within 21 days of delivery. You must send back the products no later than 14 days after you contact us to cancel your contract of sale.
For customers in the United Kingdom, please contact our Customer Support team to obtain a returns label.
Customers outside of the UK can contact our customer support team to find out where you need to return your items to and then with proof of postage paid so we can arrange a refund.
Customers will be responsible for any customs charges for all returns.
Can I receive a refund for the delivery charges I paid for my purchase?
We will refund the delivery charge for all faulty returns.
Can I return a product without proof of a purchase?
Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement, or an online sales invoice.
Can I return a product for a refund even though I bought it from a third party?
Refunds can only be processed for customers who bought their products directly from our online shop. If you want to return your product for a refund, please contactthe original seller for a return and refund.
